Will O.J. Simpson Get Paroled?

O.J. SIMPSON will have a parole hearing today, but it might not go his way . . . and all because he couldn't keep it in his pants.

The not-always-reliable Radar Online says O.J. was caught PLEASURING HIMSELF in his cell by a female guard, which is NOT a good thing. He could be facing disciplinary action, and the parole board might not be happy about it.

A source says, quote, "While it's not the most serious charge to be written up for in prison, it's serious enough that any potential parole date maybe be delayed or his parole denied all together."

Most reports indicate that O.J. has been a model prisoner, so this could be one of the few blemishes on his record.

On the surface, it seems odd that a little game of five-on-one could get you in trouble. But there's a legit reason for it. A prison cell might be a LIVING space, but it really isn't a PRIVATE space.

It's not exactly like going at yourself on the subway, but you're still potentially in full view of others. Prisons tend to have an attitude of, "Do what you want, but I don't wanna SEE it." And O.J. violated that unspoken rule. Allegedly.

TMZ claims this didn't happen at all. But they're just relying on anonymous sources like everyone else. So who knows.

O.J.'s hearing is at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time today. If it goes his way, he could be released as early as October 1st.

And we should brace ourselves for the very real possibility that he gets out. Remember, he's not in prison for murder. He was found INNOCENT of those charges.

He's up the river on those kidnapping and armed robbery charges . . . which, let's be honest, were pretty trumped up. It always felt to me like Nevada was compensating for California's inability to convict him for Ron and Nicole.

Plus, he was already granted parole on SOME of the charges in 2013 . . . which is not a good sign if you're hoping O.J. never breathes free air again.
