Dolly Parton Talks Songwriting, Start Of Her Career & New Children's Album

The legendary Dolly Parton stopped by the Bobby Bones Show Monday morning after the digital release of her new children's album I Believe In You. This marks Dolly's first children's album and 44th studio album. This project is very special to Dolly as all of the proceeds of the album will benefit Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

When asked about the song she wrote 'I Will Always Love You,' Dolly told us about her memory of hearing Whitney Houston sing it for the first time. Bobby asked Dolly what it was like for her in growing her career in a male dominant industry and now having influenced so many other young artists. Dolly also talked about how songwriting has made a huge impact on her career from the beginning.
