The next addition to the British royal family will be an American. A BIRACIAL American. Not that there's anything wrong with either of those things.
The family announced yesterday that PRINCE HARRY is engaged to actress MEGHAN MARKLE. She's on the show "Suits", but she recently announced she was leaving, which led to speculation that a royal wedding was in the works.
The royals issued a statement saying, quote, "The wedding will take place in spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course . . .
"Prince Harry has informed Her Majesty The Queen and other close members of his family. Prince Harry has also sought and received the blessing of Ms. Markle's parents.
"Harry and Meghan met in July of 2016, and went public with their relationship earlier this year. He designed her ring himself, and it includes two diamonds that belonged to PRINCESS DIANA.
