The Big Cheese Festival in Brighton, England is going on this week, and tickets cost$30 for people to sample amazing cheeses from all over the world. But now they're offering refunds . . . because they ran out of cheese.
The festival's organizers are blaming the weather for keeping a bunch of the vendors from being able to make it.
