Looks like Brick & Spoon will be opening later this year in downtown Tuscaloosa’s Temerson Square.
The Southern style breakfast and lunch restaurant will move into the spot now occupied by VeloCity Pro Cycle. VeloCity Pro Cycle store will be closing at the end of May.
Brick & Spoon also has locations in the Southeast located in LaFayette, Louisiana, and two other Alabama locations, Orange Beach and Mobile.
Eric Beech who owns the Orange Beach location and with his partners, Jonathan Kastner and Frank Griffeth, are the ones bringing the franchise to Tuscaloosa and also Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
