You don't see much optimism floating around these days, so here's a rare flash of it to keep you going.
According to a new survey, 78% of working parents say you CAN "have it all" . . . you can have a successful career AND be a good parent.
But . . . it's a challenge. 38% of working parents say they missed a significant event in their kid's life in the last year . . . and 18% say that the work-life balance is putting serious stress on their relationship with their significant other.
