Daylee Ann Powell is a 13 year old white female, five feet three inches tall, weighs 95 pounds, has green eyes, red hair, has a mole on her neck, and a mole on her forehead. She was last seen wearing a flowered top, shorts, a blue denim vest, and her hair in a French braid at her residence at 4:00 P.M. in Cullman, Alabama on June 27, 2018.
