A guy shot cell phone video last week as Hurricane Florence was approaching North Carolina. He's driving by a house that has two cars strapped to it.They're on opposite sides so it looks like they're being used as anchors to keep it from blowing away. Or, maybe they're holding the shingles down. It's also possible that the house was keeping the cars from being blown away.
