Kane Brown posted a gnarly photo of what appeared to be an intense burn on his hand early Thursday morning (February 16). He deemed it the “worst pain ever” in his caption without elaborating further, and some social media commenters seemed to be concerned about Brown’s apparent injury.
The image, however, was removed from social media hours later. Brown’s Instagram story only read in an all-caps slide: “GUYS WORKING ON PROJECT.” The story seemingly indicated that the injury in the since-deleted photo was not real, though it looked convincing to many Instagram users. Brown’s latest full-length project to release is his 17-track album, Different Man, a long-awaited collection that includes the romantic duet with his wife (“Thank God”), “One Mississippi,” “Grand,” “Like I Love Country Music,” his ongoing tour’s namesake (“Drunk or Dreamin’”) and other highlights.
Brown is part of the all-star iHeartCountry Festival lineup on May 13, at Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Fans across the country will able to tune in to all of the incredible live performances at this year's iHeartCountry Festival as the event will be broadcast on iHeartRadio country stations nationwide, and on iHeartRadio.com as well as the iHeartRadio app on Saturday, May 13th at 8pm ET/5pm PT.
